What will your cleaner do?

– We can provide a cleaner to perform virtually any domestic task that does not compromise the individual’s integrity or safety.

Do I have to be home when the cleaner comes?

– Most of our customers are not. For security, only the professionals who clean your home have access to the keys. If you choose not to provide a key and we are unable to access your home for a scheduled cleaning, you may incur a lock-out charge.

Will you be able to provide me with a temporary cleaner
if my regular cleaner is off sick or on holiday?

– Yes, we will always contact you to arrange temporary
cover should your regular cleaner let us know that she is unable
to come to you for any reason.

Do I need to pay the cleaner extra if I want her to clean at the
weekend?


– No, the rate of pay for the cleaners is the same at all times.What if I need to change the scheduled cleaning?

– Just give us a call 72 hours in advance.

How quick will you provide me a cleaner?

– Normally it takes about 2 days to find you a cleaner but in emergency situations we can provide one during the first 24 hours from booking, some extra charge might be applied.

 How many hours minimum should I book?

– Usually we require 2 hours minimum for regular cleaning and 4 hours for One-Off and Spring cleaning.

How much do I need to pay?

– All our rates you can find on the domestic/commercial cleaning web pages.

Does the fee include insurance?

– Yes, the fee includes insurance.

We are covered by:  
– Employers’ Liability £10,000,000  
– Public Liability        £2,000,000  
– Fidelity(in the event of theft by a dishonest employee to a third party or the assured) £25,000  
– Lock and/or Key Replacement(In the event of losing or replacing a locking device to a third party property) £25,000
  – Misuse of Telephones £25,000  
– Treatment(In the event of liabilities arising from accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to property caused or arising from any treatment carried out by the insured or their employees) £25,000

If I would like to terminate contract do I need to give you any notice?

Yes. You should give us a written notice 2 weeks in advance.

Can I try your service before signing a contract?

Yes, you can have a trial cleaning session you will have to pay as for One-Off cleaning.

Which way of payment do you accept?

We accept cheque , Direct Debit, BACS and cash. Sorry we are not able to accept debit/credit cards at the moment.

Do I need to pay for registration?

No. There is not a registration fee or any hidden costs; you pay only the amount based on our hourly rate. The only payment we require is £30.00 booking fee which is a deposit and is deducted from the final monthly invoice.
